Satsung Meditation This weekly meditation allows you to sit with the yourself. For you alone are your own guru. This sitting meditation of stillness features a cycle of music, followed by silence...followed by music...followed by silence...followed by music...followed by silence, with the silence and music bringing you deeper into yourself at each moment . This allows you to be present to your thoughts as they arise, and to be present to spaces within yourself of no thought/no feeling. It is a true meeting of self that provides perspective for you to grasp the essential truth--that you are already a realized and enlightened being.
Meets Sunday Mornings 10:00am - 11:00am Interview required
This four-stage meditation involves the natural shaking of the body, then moves into Latihan-very light flowing movement derived from the shaking, followed by easily sitting and silently listening to Tibetan bells, and concluding with laying down in silence and letting the meditation occur on its own natural course. It is a sweet reawakening of the body and revitalization of the mind. This meditation happens on the 3rd Friday of the month at 7:00PM. Schedule an interview to find out more…
This Meditation is a series of chanting singing Meditations based on the Magical Healing Mantras by Namaste. This meditation happens once a month on the second Friday @ 7PM. 1 hour in duration. Interview required.
