Kundalini Meditation
This four-stage meditation involves the natural shaking of the body, then moves into Latihan-very light flowing movement derived from the shaking, followed by easily sitting and silently listening to Tibetan bells, and concluding with laying down in silence and letting the meditation occur on its own natural course. It is a sweet reawakening of the body and revitalization of the mind.
