Satsung Meditation
This weekly meditation allows you to sit with yourself; no guru, no master, no teacher. This sitting meditation of stillness features a piece of music, followed by silence...followed by music...followed by silence...followed by music...followed by silence, with the silence and music creating stillness at each moment.
This allows you to be present to your thoughts as they arise, and to be present to spaces within yourself of no thought/no feeling. It is a true meeting of self that provides perspective for you to fall into yourself.
